Terms of service
Last updated: 13 June 2026
1. The service
solana-token-creator-tool.com ("the service") provides a non-custodial tool for creating standard SPL tokens on the Solana blockchain. The service prepares and submits token mint transactions on your instruction. We do not hold, manage or have access to your funds, private keys or tokens at any time.
2. Fees and payment
Fees are payable in SOL at the time of launch and are displayed in full before you approve the transaction in your wallet. Because token mints are executed on a public blockchain and are irreversible, completed launches are not refundable. If you pay and your token fails to mint, contact support with your transaction ID and we will resolve it, including re-minting or returning the payment where appropriate.
3. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the tokens you create, including their name, symbol, imagery, metadata, distribution and any subsequent sale or promotion. You confirm that your use of the service complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you in your jurisdiction, including securities, consumer protection and tax law. You must not use the service to impersonate other projects, infringe trademarks or copyrights, or create tokens intended to deceive.
4. Wallet security
You are responsible for the security of your wallet, seed phrase and private keys. We will never ask for them. Transactions you approve in your wallet are your own instructions and cannot be reversed by us.
5. Irreversible settings
Certain options, including revoking mint, freeze or update authority, are permanent on-chain actions that cannot be undone by us or anyone else. Supply and decimals are fixed at mint. Review your configuration carefully before approving.
6. No financial advice and no guarantees
Nothing on this site is financial, investment or legal advice. Creating a token does not give it value, liquidity or buyers. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and you can lose money. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind; blockchain networks, RPC providers and wallets are third-party systems outside our control and may fail or behave unexpectedly.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the launch in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party systems, market movements or your own configuration choices.
8. Acceptable use
We may refuse service, remove hosted metadata or block access where we reasonably believe the service is being used for fraud, impersonation, scams or unlawful activity.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the service applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10. Contact
