Privacy policy
Last updated: 13 June 2026
1. Who we are
solana-token-creator-tool.com is operated from the United Kingdom. This policy explains what data we process when you use the site and the launch console.
2. What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run the service:
- Token launch data: the token details you enter (name, symbol, supply, description, optional creator and social links), your public wallet address, your uploaded logo, and the payment transaction signature. Most of this becomes public on the Solana blockchain by design.
- Wallet connections: public wallet address, wallet type, page, IP address and browser user agent, logged for fraud prevention and support.
- Support messages: whatever you send through the contact form, plus your IP address.
- Server logs: standard technical logs (IP, URL, time) kept for security and debugging.
3. What we never collect
Your seed phrase or private keys. Wallet connections are read-only and share only your public address. We have no ability to access or move your funds.
4. How we use data
To execute the launches you request, verify payments on-chain, host your token logo and metadata (required for wallets and explorers to display your token), prevent fraud and abuse, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. Public blockchain data
Token metadata, your wallet address and transaction signatures are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is public and permanent. We cannot edit or delete on-chain data.
6. Third parties
We use infrastructure providers to deliver the service: Solana RPC providers (to read the chain and verify payments), a minting service that executes mint transactions, CDN providers for fonts and scripts, and a push notification service for operational alerts. These providers process technical data only as needed to provide the service.
7. Retention
Launch records and hosted metadata are kept for the life of the service because wallets and explorers depend on them. Support messages and connection logs are kept only as long as operationally useful.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you (deletion cannot extend to on-chain data). Contact support to exercise these rights.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
